University legacy data is among the most complex to migrate to Oracle Fusion Cloud. Academic contract types, fractional appointments, REF-linked grade structures, TRAC cost categories, multi-funder research projects, and HESA reporting codes sit alongside standard ERP and HR data — each requiring specialist cleansing rules before load. eAppSys DMOne™ cloud platform profiles, cleanses, and reconciles data from all major university legacy systems — Agresso, Unit4, iTrent, ResourceLink, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle EBS, and bespoke systems — across ERP, HCM, and PPM. Data sign-off before go-live. Every time.

Why University Data Is Different
University data does not map cleanly to standard Oracle Fusion data models. These three challenges require specialist cleansing rules — not generic migration tooling.
University Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations — whether replacing Agresso, Unit4, iTrent, PeopleSoft, or Oracle EBS — depend on the quality of the data that migrates on go-live day. Poor data quality in Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, or PPM is not recoverable quickly once users are live. eAppSys DMOne™ cloud platform delivers Oracle Fusion data cleansing for universities as a structured, reconciliation-backed programme — covering chart of accounts mapping, employee record validation, research project and grant data, and all supporting reference data. Available as a standalone data workstream or alongside your primary Oracle Fusion implementation partner.
DMOne™ applies module-specific cleansing rules across every data object. Each object is profiled, cleansed, transformed to Oracle-required format, loaded, and reconciled — with sign-off before go-live is authorised.

Every eAppSys university data cleansing engagement follows the same five-stage delivery — from initial profiling through to reconciliation sign-off and go-live authorisation.
DMOne™ connects to legacy systems, profiles in-scope data, and identifies duplicates, missing fields, invalid references, broken relationships, and data anomalies.
DMOne™ applies university-specific cleansing and mapping rules, then transforms data into Oracle-ready FBDI and HDL formats. All rules are documented and version-controlled.
Data is loaded into Oracle Fusion SIT using FBDI/HDL, with errors root-caused and resolved through multiple test cycles. MaskIQ™ protects PII in non-production environments.
Source-to-target reconciliation validates records, financials, and attributes, with Finance, HR, and Research Office sign-offs. Go-live is approved only after all three reconciliations are complete.
Final DMOne™ migration loads cleansed, validated, and approved data into Oracle Fusion Production. Cutover reconciliation confirms production matches signed-off UAT, ensuring go-live with verified data.
