AgentIQ™ – AI Agents for Oracle Fusion on OCI Generative AI
- What it is
- A fixed-scope pilot that puts working AI agents into a customer's Fusion Cloud estate, using OCI Generative AI Agents.
- Who it is for
- Fusion HCM and ERP customers who want to move beyond chatbots to agents that act – HR service desks, payables teams, supplier onboarding.
- How it addresses the workload
- Agents run on OCI Generative AI, operate inside Fusion security roles and are governed by OneAI™, so the customer gets a repeatable agent platform on OCI, not a one-off proof of concept.
Solution description
Fixed-scope pilot deploying two to three agentic use cases on a customer's Oracle Fusion Cloud estate using OCI Generative AI and OCI Generative AI Agents. Typical use cases: HR case triage, payables invoice exception handling, supplier onboarding queries, employee self-service. Agents read and write through standard Fusion REST APIs and respect existing Fusion security roles. OneAI™ provides governance (prompt library, audit trail, model routing); SupportIQ™ is available as a run-phase add-on.

Differentiator
Built specifically for Fusion Cloud, not a generic chatbot framework. Agents ship with Fusion role-based security and audit already in place – usually the blocker to moving AI pilots into production. Designed around real Fusion HCM, ERP, SCM and EPM processes from a 200+ consultant practice serving UK central government, local authorities, public sector and financial services.
