Managed Data &
AI Services

Data foundations and AI agents kept accurate, governed and working after go-live

Data quality drifts, definitions change, quarterly updates alter behaviour and agents need watching. eAppSys runs the data and AI estate on Oracle Fusion under agreed SLAs, with the same team that built it, so the investment keeps delivering rather than quietly degrading.

Monitoring and incident management for in-scope pipelines, data quality rules, semantic models and agents; quarterly update testing; assurance reporting; and service management. Enhancement sprints are priced separately.
Yes. A transition phase documents the assets, establishes monitoring and runbooks, and agrees the SLAs before service start. Any gaps found are reported with options.
Response and resolution targets are set by incident priority and agreed at contract. Reporting on SLA performance is provided monthly.
If eAppSys provides Fusion Application Management, data and AI services run on the same desk and reporting. If another partner provides AMS, eAppSys works under an agreed RACI for data and AI scope.
Yes. A review engagement tests an existing strategy against data readiness, platform fit and governance, and produces a gap report with recommendations.
