Is this the same as data migration?
No. Data migration moves data from legacy systems into Fusion. Cleansing fixes the data before it is moved. eAppSys delivers both, but cleansing is scoped and priced separately so it can start earlier and be owned by the business, not the migration team.
Yes. Higher education data has its own shape: casual and hourly-paid staff, research grants and funders, student debtors, statutory returns. eAppSys has a dedicated higher education practice within the cleansing service, working with Registry, Finance, HR and Research offices.
Yes. Merging several councils into one Fusion instance is a large-scale deduplication and reconciliation exercise across suppliers, employees, assets and chart of accounts. eAppSys runs it as a governed programme with DMOne™.
Work is carried out under ISO 27001 controls, with MaskIQ™ available for non-production environments. Retention and minimisation rules are applied so data that should not migrate is archived or disposed of with evidence.
