AI Advisory, Roadmap
& Governance

A practical AI plan for organisations running Oracle, from first use case to board-level governance

Boards are asked to approve AI investment without a clear view of what it will do, what it will cost, or how it will be controlled. eAppSys provides that view for organisations running Oracle Fusion or E-Business Suite: an honest readiness assessment, a short list of use cases worth doing, a costed roadmap and a governance framework that stands up to audit.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does an advisory engagement take?
Typically four to six weeks for readiness, prioritisation and roadmap, with the governance framework produced in parallel. Larger multi-entity organisations may take longer, agreed at scoping.
eAppSys works primarily with Oracle and Microsoft platforms and says so. Within those, the recommendation is based on fit and cost for your estate, including recommending that some use cases are not worth doing.
AI policy, acceptable use, risk classification of use cases, required controls per class, data protection obligations under UK GDPR, roles and accountabilities, and board reporting. It can be aligned to ISO/IEC 42001 where certification is an objective.
No. The roadmap and governance framework are yours to take to any partner. Many clients do ask eAppSys to deliver the first phase because the estimates were made by the same team.
Yes. A review engagement tests an existing strategy against data readiness, platform fit and governance, and produces a gap report with recommendations.
