Oracle released 22 Fusion Agentic Applications in March 2026 (across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and CX), with 5 additional CX Agentic Applications announced in April 2026. All are available as part of Oracle Fusion Cloud release 26B at no additional subscription cost.

 

Oracle AI agents handle specific tasks (the Payables Agent processes invoices; the Career Coach recommends roles). Fusion Agentic Applications coordinate teams of AI agents to pursue specific business outcomes end-to-end — for example, the Collectors Workspace doesn’t just send reminders; it continuously manages the entire collections process to reduce DSO across all customers, maintaining shared context, reasoning, and memory throughout.

 

Touchless finance refers to end-to-end automation of financial processes where invoices are processed, reconciliations performed, payments optimised, and forecasts generated autonomously by AI agents — with minimal human intervention required only for material exceptions. Oracle enables this through embedded AI agents (Payables Agent, Ledger Agent, Planning Agent, Payments Agent) and Agentic Applications (Collectors Workspace, Claims Settlement Workspace, Invoice Settlement Workspace) built natively into Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

 

Launched in March 2026 as part of Oracle AI Agent Studio, the Agentic Applications Builder lets organisations build, connect, and run AI automation using reusable Oracle, partner, and external agents — without traditional application development. It uses an AI-powered, natural language-based environment to compose workflows, connect enterprise data, and deploy outcome-driven automation. Built-in observability, ROI measurement, security, and governance ensure responsible operation at scale.

 

Oracle’s 50+ embedded AI agents and Fusion Agentic Applications are included in existing Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS subscriptions at no additional cost. Oracle has introduced a new Action Units consumption pricing model for certain advanced agentic workloads (approximately one cent per action), providing transparent, consumption-based pricing for complex multi-step automations.
