Graham Oliver

Graham has been working as a hands on consultant within the Oracle ecosystem since 1992. He joined eAppSys in 2020 having worked with Oracle, PwC, Accenture and incarnations of SopraSteria amongst others. He has been an avid supporter of the UK OUG over the years and continues to support them moving forwards. His focus over the last 20 or so years has been Customer Service and he transitioned from EBS Service to Service Cloud (RightNow) and Intelligent Advisor.
